Free Delivery Service (Singapore)

Delivery Estimate 5-7 working days

Express (Singapore)

SGD 15 flatrate - Delivery Estimate 2-3 working days

Standard (SEA Region)

SGD 20 flatrate - Deliver Estimate within 14 working days

Please note that our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and orders placed after 6 pm on Fridays will be be processed on the following Monday.

 

Shipping Delay

Please note that your order might experience delays that are beyond Etna's control. Shipping delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote location of your delivery address. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing express delivery (for Singapore Area). 

Etna is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
