RETURNS

We're committed to making good design accessible to all. If the items you've ordered are not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

You have 14 days to take your purchases for a spin, knowing you can return any full-priced item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 14 days. All returns will be refunded in the form of shopping credits, sent to your email, valid for one year from the date of return. You may only return your items once (no multiple returns for the same item).

Please note:

• Only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.

• All discounted, promotional, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• While we process your return, we do not reserve or hold replacement items/sizes. Availability is subject to stock at the time of your new purchase.

We just ask for items to be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened

You can mail your item back to us to return your item.

Kindly note that postal fees, customs duties, and taxes for returns are not covered by us and must be borne by the customer for all returns.. To mail your item back to us, simply follow the steps below:

1. Download, print and fill up a return form here.
2. Place item(s) in packaging of your choice with return form.
3. Close and tape packaging securely.
4. Return the package to our adress:

5. You'll receive an email notification with your store credits once it has been processed.
