We're committed to making good design accessible to all. If the items you've ordered are not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

You get 14 days to take your purchases for a spin, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 14 days. We will return the amount to you in shopping credits that will be sent to your email, which you will be able to use at any other time. Store credits are valid for a year from date of return. You may only return your items once (no multiple returns for the same item will be allowed). 

Please note that all sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

You can mail your item back to us to return your item.

Kindly note that postal fees, customs duties, and taxes for returns are not covered by us and must be borne by the customer for all returns.. To mail your item back to us, simply follow the steps below:

1. Download, print and fill up a return form here.
2. Place item(s) in packaging of your choice with return form.
3. Close and tape packaging securely.
4. Return the package to our adress:

5. You'll receive an email notification with your store credits once it has been processed.
